However! If, for whatever reason, you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, please send an email to info@JacksonsChips.com and include the following:
- Description of the product
- Product lot number
- Photos of the product/packaging
We review every customer service request and do our best to offer refunds and/or replacements whenever possible. If you have any questions, just shoot us an email at info@JacksonsChips.com and we promise to help however we can!
If you purchased our chips from anywhere other than our website, the best place to go for a refund or exchange is the place you bought them from. We’re sure our retail partners will be happy to help you out!
