The Recipe


  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1/4 cup Jackson's Farmhouse Ranch Sweet Potato Chips (or any flavor of your choosing)
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Burger buns
  • Favorite burger toppings: tomato, red onion, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, avocado


Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, crushed Jackson's Sweet Potato Chips, dried onion flakes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2: Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2-inch thick.

Step 3: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey patties for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF and the patties are no longer pink in the center.

Step 4: While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
