Megan's Green Goddess Dip Recipe

We asked our founder, Megan Reamer, to share some of her favorite family recipes. One of her top picks is this green goddess dip. Paired with Jackson's chips and fresh veggies, it's a crowd pleaser that is both nutritious and delicious. Go give it a try!

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup avocado
  • 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp tarragon leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to thin

 Directions:

Step 1: Add all ingredients, except yogurt, to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add extra virgin olive oil slowly to reach desired consistency.

Step 2: Transfer to a bowl and whisk in the Greek yogurt.

Step 3: Serve with Jackson's chips and fresh veggies. Enjoy!
