 The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large avocados
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/3 cup of cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop into a large bowl.

Step 2: Mash the avocados with a fork until you achieve your desired consistency.

Step 3: Finely chop the small red onion and add it to your bowl.

Step 4: Peel and dice the large mango into small cubes and add it to the mixture.

Step 5: Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.

Step 6: Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.

Step 7: Sprinkle in the ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Step 8: Stir everything together until well combined.
